Are you trying to build an SMSC? Buy one? Interact with one to implement a
service? Work out if you have had a fraud perpetrated against you?
Perpertrate a fraud? (no - I’m not casting aspersions, I am just trying to
think of all the possible reasons why someone would want to know this)

Off hand no, but I will attempt some answers to your questions below. (continua…)
may be somebody ever find like this: Is there any documentation for this API to use, I am new to java
programming. It will be helpful if I have document how to use this API
and where to start from connection to SMSC and all the way up to
retrieving the message and parse the output.
now i found it here:

I am trying to convert an unattend.xml file (for Windows Server 2008) that i
have used with WDS to SCCM OSD. The only section that i can seem to figure
out is the Microsoft-Windows-Foundation-Package section that i had configured
in the unattend.xml file to install SNMP and PowerShell. The Windows Server
installs correctly but alas there is no SNMP and PowerShell installed when
once the OS has deployed. Does SCCM OSD deployment even use the Specialise
Microsoft-Windows-Foundation-Package section?
What is the best way to install one fo the foundation packages for the OS
using SCCM OSD?
I just find another blog with free SMS. You can use it free all time.
